The Mission Valley community was abuzz with excitement at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new state-of-the-art Mission Valley Elementary.

125 YEARS OF VISD | TEACHERS

Throughout history, teachers have stood as pillars of wisdom, guiding lights in the lives of countless individuals and shaping the destinies of generations to come.

In 1906, just a few years after the establishment of Victoria ISD, there were 27 teachers across the district.

PASSAGE OF HB 8: PROVIDING FREE DUAL CREDIT FOR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS

House Bill 8, a momentous piece of legislation, ensures that economically disadvantaged students will have access to dual credit programs at no cost, opening doors to higher education and brighter futures.
